Sr. Key Account Manager - DACH
The Role
We are seeking an energetic Sr. Key Account Manager for West Coast Supply Group to support new brands in the personal care and household product sectors with their expansion into Europe. In this role, your primary focus will be on the DACH region. Together with the Challenger Brands team, you will build strong relationships, develop strategies, and drive the success of innovative brands such as The Pink Stuff.
As Sr. Key Account Manager in the Challenger Brands Unit at West Coast Supply Group, you will join a team that acts as a launchpad for new brands in personal care and household products aiming to conquer the European market. West Coast Supply Group supports these brands through a partnership model, offering professional advice on sales, marketing, and distribution.
If you have a talent for building strong relationships, strategic thinking, and experience in managing complex market dynamics, you will be a valuable asset to the team! Your knowledge of the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets, along with your expertise and network, will enable you to independently grow this business. In addition to leveraging your network, you excel in using data analysis to inform decision-making, and your strong negotiation skills will be critical to driving the success of these brands in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with discount retailers under an Everyday Low Price (EDLP) strategy within the DACH region.
- Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and develop strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of brands to achieve growth objectives.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and respond to market trends.
Key Profile Attributes:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in marketing or sales.
- At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in German, Dutch, and English.
